Niki's special taste, a combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine

The combination of Japanese and Peruvian culinary skills has created a special and interesting cooking style called Nikki. Traditional Japanese cuisine, including sushi, is known around the world today. These foods, which are mostly prepared with rice or noodles along with various vegetables or meats, have become very popular because of their health and good taste. But becoming a sushi chef or "itamaye" requires at least a decade of experience. Other Japanese food products such as tea, soy sauce, algae, raw fish, and processed products such as meizu sauce or wasabi cheese are also popular everywhere. Japanese Immigrants Invent New Cooking Style Japanese immigrants who arrived in Peru in the early 19th century transferred various aspects of their culture, including their cooking skills, to the country because some of the ingredients of Japanese food could not be found in Peru. Immigrants began using local produce and raw materials, such as native South American peppers, and the result was a different dish called nikei, which means "Japanese far from home." These dishes quickly became popular, and the Nikki cuisine spread to neighboring Peru. Food lovers today can taste the special taste of this combined cuisine at Kelly Dubai Restaurant. The restaurant, which is native to Peru, is the master of goodness and also believes that every plate of food should be artistically decorated.
